Standard Delivery:
FREE on orders over £45.00
£4.50 on orders under £45.00
Delivery: 3-5 working days from despatch confirmation. Order placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed next working day. Working days are classed as Monday – Friday (excludes Bank Holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, will be processed as soon as possible following the next working day. We do not offer a guarantee of this or during busy periods.

Next Day Tracked Delivery:
£6.95 on all orders
For orders placed before 12pm we will despatch the same day to be delivered on the next working day (excludes Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday delivery). For orders placed after 12pm on a weekday, these will be processed the next working day.
For orders placed after 12pm Friday through to Sunday 21:00hrs, delivery can be expected on Tuesday. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Next Day delivery means anytime between 8am – 8pm.
You can track your order by logging in to your Lytewater account. Alternatively, you can check your order confirmation email or despatch email.
Please note that once you have placed your order, you will NOT be asked to pay any further monies by Royal Mail or any courier to deliver your parcel.
Ordering Outside UK
We ship to many countries outside the UK using Royal Mail / Parcel Force. If you would like delivery to a country outside the UK, please contact us at orders@lytewater.co.uk providing the following information:
- Full Name
- Full Shipping Address including area code
- Details of products you want to order
- Quantity of order
We will then calculate your shipping costs and confirm estimated shipping time and send you an order estimate. If you are happy to proceed, we will create a proforma invoice and on receipt of funds we will ship your order next working day.
You will be provided with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your order.
Orders destined for outside of the UK are exempt from UK VAT.
Orders for delivery outside the UK are shipped on a delivery duty at place (DAP). This means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees on arrival of your order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you. Lytewater cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
USEFUL INFORMATION
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
No, once your order has been placed, we are unable to change your delivery address. Please take extra care to ensure your delivery address is correct and complete.
CAN ITEMS IN ONE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, not. Each order can only be delivered to one specific address. If you require products to be sent to different locations, please create a new order for each product & destination location.
WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
UK – Your order will be sent via a tracked postal method; however Royal Mail 48-hour delivery will not require a signature. Orders delivered by DPD next day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Remember that you have the option to select a delivery address other than the place where your payment card is registered (e.g., your workplace) if this is more convenient.
OUTSIDE UK – Yes, a signature will be required on receipt of delivery.
MY ORDER IS LATE?
In the unlikely event that after 10 working days you have still not received your order, please email us at service@lytewater.co.uk with details of the goods that you have ordered, quoting your order number. You can find this in your Lytewater account by logging in, or on your order confirmation email.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL THE ITEMS I ORDERED?
Please check the confirmation email we sent you on receipt of your order. Then, if you still believe items are missing from your order, please email us at service@lytewater.co.uk quoting your order number and details of items you believe are missing. We will respond to your query within 24hrs (Monday – Friday) and work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
ITEMS ARE DAMAGED?
Please check your order upon receipt. If there are signs of damage, you should contact us immediately by email at service@lytewater.co.uk and provide your order number, details of the damage providing picture of the damaged items. We will then instruct you on next steps. In some cases, we may request that the goods are returned.
