Lytewater’s product guarantee works so that if you are unhappy with our product for any reason, you have the opportunity to return your purchase within 14 days. Please contact us at service@lytewater.co.uk providing details of items you wish to return, the reason for return and confirm your order number. The items must be returned in their original condition, remain unopened with all seals and packaging intact to qualify for your refund. We will refund you for the price paid for the items being returned.
Please note that we unable to provide a refund for items that have been used or opened, these will remain chargeable and we don’t cover the cost of you returning the goods to us.
